We are Emily and Amanda, two sisters! WE, along with you, make up the LaWe Lifestyle Company. 

We are the sister company to Willie's Restaurant in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Literally, Willie's sisters. 

"But whoa, how does this relate to a restaurant?"

Shortly after the restaurant opened in 2009, Emily decided to design the first "work shirt." Times were tight so we opened up the sales of the shirt to our friends and family, to help offset the cost of our uniforms. Then, we rolled into crawfish season, and the NEED for a crawfish inspired tee was there! So Emily got busy, and "Crawfish is my Spirit Animal" was born. This was our first REAL design, aside from a Willie's tee. Our first design that customers wanted too! As we grew our restaurant business, we added a coffee mug to the mix. We eventually built a merch stand in the waiting area of our restaurant. It was empty, two to three t-shirts, a coffee mug, and some fake plants for filler.  

In 2020, we brought in Amanda! Amanda helped clean up the inventory and ordering system. This is when we really started to take off. Emily could do the designs and Amanda could stock them. We quickly filled out our merch stand! Each crawfish season we would come out with some new crawfish inspired designs. As the restaurant and staff continued to grow, the desire for more designs continued into the off season.  This is where we began working on Louisiana inspired designs. 

With an overflowing merch stand, we had been dreaming of our own space to create more. In 2022, we built an office space onto our new warehouse behind the restaurant to help store inventory and create more! This is when we decided to start doing pop up markets in the spring and around the holidays. 

We have big goals for this company. Welcome to our new online store! We hope to continue bringing our love for all things Louisiana to LIFE!!!
