SHIPPING POLICY

Most of our products are in stock and ready to ship. Products typically ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. 

The jogger sets typically ship within 8-10 business days which is noted on the product's page.

STORE PICK-UP

Store pick-up is located at Willie's Restaurant (11260 Coursey Blvd. Baton Rouge, La 70816). Please present the front of house manager with the fulfillment confirmation email.

Store pick-up is typically filled within 1-3 business days. The jogger set is typically fulfilled within 8-10 business days.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please email Emily at emily@williesbr.com with the order number, the product you wish to return or exchange, and a brief message stating the reason for return or exchange.

Full refund or exchange is available within the first 14 days of receiving your purchase. All items must be returned unused and undamaged. Customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping costs.

After 14 days from purchase, no items are available for a refund or exchange.
